What do I need to know?




The contract between us and you 'the customer'




Returns & Exchanges:


Returning your product/s shouldn't be difficult. We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty on all products, ensuring that customers receive goods free from defects. Our returns policy allows customers to return products within 60 days, subject to certain conditions outlined in our terms and conditions.



  • We offer an extended 60-day returns policy.
  • Providing the item is in the same new condition and can be sold again, you can be return the good/s to us within the 60 day period for an exchange or refund.
  • Items which have personalised logos can not be resold, so sadly these can not be returned to us for a refund.
  • If you have personalised logos, but the item/s do not fit as we describe, don't worry, if it's our fault, we will replace the item/s free of charge.
  • We will send a prepaid label which will allow you to return your products if; the item doesn't fit as we describe, the item doesn't match our description or the item is damaged.
  • Fitting issues must be reported within the allocated returns window when requesting a full refund, otherwise, store credit may be provided with discretion.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs if they 'change their mind' or if you've ordered incorrectly.
  • Customers will be asked to cover a minimum exchange fee of £4.99 when an exchange is processed (charge will vary depending on location).


      • If you're returning your products at your own cost, we recommend using parcel delivery comparison sites such as www.parcel2go.com.
      • Prepaid labels are only provided if evidence has been provided upon request such as photos of; a fitting issue, damage to goods, incorrect items.
      • We will exchange items that do not fit the vehicle as we describe at no cost to the customer.
      • We do not refund return postage costs met by the customer in any instance.
      • Refunds will be refused for any goods that are returned; outside of the returns window, if they are damaged or used, if they are missing item/s.
      • Prepaid labels are often supplied with the option to drop the goods off at a local drop off point.

      Pricing and Promotions:


      Our prices may change at any time, so don't miss out on any promotional offers. We provide clear and accurate pricing information for all products listed on our website www.carmats4u.com ("the Website"). Pricing includes any applicable taxes and fees, and customers are informed of any additional charges before completing a purchase.



      • The Company reserves the right to update product pricing and remove promotions without prior notice.
      • We may decline a sale at our discretion.
      • Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
      • The price of the Goods and Services is the price set out on the Website at the time you submit your Order. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
      • The price of the Goods does not include delivery charges which will be as advised during the check-out process, before you confirm your Order
      • The price of the Goods and Services is inclusive of VAT (where applicable, for your country of residence) at the current rate chargeable.
      • If the rate of VAT changes between the date of Order and the date of delivery, we may adjust the VAT you pay unless you have already paid for the Goods or Services in full before the change in VAT. Our VAT number is 526250074
      • Special Offers and promotions advertised on other platforms may be excluded from the Website unless specifically advertised as available online. All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
      • Discount codes can be used, but not in conjunction with other discounts. Discount codes may be cancelled or voided at any time and without prior notice.



      Making Payment:


      You can pay with a Credit or Debit Card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, PayPal Pay in 3 or PayPal. We partner with reputable payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal to securely handle online payments. Customer payment details are encrypted and processed in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements.



      • Payment is taken upon successful placement of an order.
      • We use various payment processors including Stripe and PayPal. Personal details will be shared with these overseas processors.
      • Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
      • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
      • In cases where refunds can not be processed, we will provide store credit to the agreed amount / depending on any further reductions.



      Delivery of Goods:


      Our couriers will provide the option to deliver to a neighbour or safe place if you're not home. Read our Shipping Policy for more details.

      • Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred if delivery is delayed.
      • Dispatch times are only estimations and will be subject to change, depending on demand.
      • Goods that arrive damaged should not be signed for. If goods that are damaged are signed for, we will not be liable or responsible for any costs incurred in replacing the item/s. Please refuse the delivery of any damaged articles.
      • Where the courier is unable to deliver the Goods, they will either attempt to deliver to a neighbour, attempt to redeliver the following day, leave a card for you to rearrange a suitable time for redelivery
      • You will be responsible for any return costs incurred due to change of mind.



      Cancelling Your Order:


      Your legal right to cancel your order starts from the date of the order confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order).



      • To cancel, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact our Customer Services Team, by phone, email or letter sent by post or using the contact details set out below.
      • Providing we haven't dispatched your order, we can cancel and refund you immediately (refunds reflect in your account within 1-10 working days).
      • If we have dispatched your order, you can refuse the delivery of your order and notify us of the cancellation.
      • If you have received your order and you wish to cancel, simply returns the goods to us within the returns window, as per the Return instructions set out in our Returns Policy.
      • Upon cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid if the item/s have not yet been dispatched. If the item/s were dispatched, we will refund the order minus any shipping charges that we incurred by www.carmats4u.com
      • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
      • Cancellations outside of the returns window can not be refunded but store credit may be provided if the item/s were never dispatched.



      Products We Sell:


      Most of our products are based on the OEM genuine article, but our products are not OEM, they're 'aftermarket'.



      • Our Car Mats, Boot Liners, Boot Mats are aftermarket products, not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
      • Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
      • Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.
      • Samples of Carpet, Rubber or EVA can be ordered at a price of £9.99 each.
      • Our advertised measurements such as Carpet weights are approximations based on a standard set of Tailored Car Mats (up to the area of 1.3m2). The actual weight you receive may be more or less depending on the area used.
      • The weight of the mats are approximations based on the weight of the Carpet Pile and the granulated backing.
      • In the event that there are any errors regarding the price or description of Goods or Services, we reserve the right to correct that price or description and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. We will cancel your Order and you will be refunded in full.
      • Goods and Services are as described on the Website. We reserve the right to amend the description at any time if required.
      • In the event that there are any errors regarding the price or description of Goods or Services, we reserve the right to correct that price or description and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. We will cancel your Order and you will be refunded in full.
      • Because you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Goods that are in conformity with this Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Goods that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.



      Product Quality:


      Unique Car Mats (UK) Ltd ("the Company") is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We adhere to all relevant consumer protection laws and regulations to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards.




      Custom Orders including Paper Formed Templates:


      Sometimes we may ask to check fitment prior to sending your good by sending a paper formed template.



      • Some of our products such as our Elite Car Mats may include an additional paper template service.
      • To confirm fitment, we may send a life sized paper template of the area we intend to produce for.
      • Typically, there isn't a charge if we are the sender of the paper template.
      • If we do send a paper template, you may need to make alterations to the template and return that to us.
      • If you do not wish to cover the return postage fees of the paper template, you must contact us via email support@carmats4u.com and we will send you a prepaid label.
      • We do not reimburse return postage fees for paper templates but we may provide store credit.
      • Paper templates are available upon request for any vehicle but may be subject to charge, this is on a case by case basis.
      • If a charge is to be applied for the sending of a paper template, the charge will be a minimum of £4.99 inc VAT and shipping.
      • We may charge an additional 'scanning fee' of £10 for the administration and scanning of your paper templates.



      12 Month Manufacturing Warranty:


      You a get 12 months manufacturing warranty with every purchase.



      • We provide a free 12-month manufacturing warranty for all products.
      • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
      • Evidence will be requested upon making a claim such as providing photos of the manufacturing defect.
      • Manufacturing defects include clear and definitive faults such as incorrect colour, incorrect component, damaged component.
      • Does not cover general wear and tear.
      • Deliberate damage is not covered and will void your warranty.
      • You can raise a claim by emailing us with your order number to support@carmats4u.com
      • Customers will be asked to cover a minimum courier fee of £4.99 when a claim is processed (charge will vary depending on location).



      Lifetime Warranty:


      You a get lifetime warranty as standard with any Platinum Car Mats purchase.



      • We provide a free lifetime warranty on all Platinum Car Mat purchases.
      • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage incurred over long term use.
      • Evidence will be requested upon making a claim such as providing photos of the defect / damage.
      • Clear and definitive faults such as incorrect colour, incorrect component, damaged component can be claimed without quibble.
      • Does not cover signs of wear and tear due to general use. Damage must be the result of long term use and the damage must be beyond repair.
      • Deliberate damage is not covered and will void your warranty.
      • You can raise a claim by emailing us with your order number to support@carmats4u.com



      Shipping:

      • We offer various shipping options such as Economy Delivery and Express Delivery to UK Mainland customers.
      • We offer Economy shipping options to customers outside of the UK Mainland.
      • Addresses outside of the 'UK Mainland' will incur additional charges depending on your location.
      • Delivery time to customers outside of the UK Mainland can vary.
      • Express deliveries are available within the UK Mainland but we can not guarantee next working day delivery.
      • Delayed deliveries outside of our control can not be compensated.
      • We may compensate customers if we are responsible for the delayed delivery.
      • Compensation is paid on a case by case basis but will never exceed more than the delivery price paid.
      • Shipping times are only estimated so we may beat or exceed the delivery time window provided.
      • The locations that we ship to are subject to change without prior notice.
      • You are charged the applicable VAT/Tax based on your country of residence.
      • If you're outside of the UK, customs charges are covered by us for orders under £150; for orders over £150, customers may be responsible for customs charges.
      • For deliveries outside of the UK, we will ship the VAT / Tax invoice with your item/s to allow customs clearance (for orders under £150).

For this reason, we do not allow the use of any copyrighted terms such as vehicle brand names, model name, trim level names or anything that may be directly associated to the vehicle. We allow the use of non copyrighted terms such as a cars nick name, your nick name, the vehicle registration number, a slogan etc. All items sold by www.carmats4u.com and the company 'Unique Car Mats (UK) Ltd' are aftermark (not OEM). We may use vehicle brand names and or model names to describe and illustrate compatability of our products with the vehicle mentioned. We may use such names in conjunction with other terms such as 'to fit' or 'compatible with'. We do not use copyrighted terms to describe the item/s as being an OEM Genuine part unless the item available is actually an OEM genuine product. In cases where the product for sale is an OEM Genuine part, we will describe it to be such.




      Licensee Agreements with 3rd Parties:
